Suau 25 solera opens our ¨prestige¨ range, it is a very sophisticated spirit. Its exquisite quality lies in time, silence and microclimate of our cellar.

Suau 50 solera leads our "prestige" range. The maturation and ageing system in oak casks of our brandy Suau 50 began decades ago. The combination of different blends with a 50 year old brandy mother makes this spirit unique.

Madelon opens our range of "exclusive" spirits. It was a Suau 25 solera that was left in static ageing for another 15 years. This is a limited edition with a maximum of 300 bottles every two years.

S'Or in Mallorcan means gold, it is the most exclusive product we make. The brandy mother of this solera and static style of brandy originated its ageing process in 1917. We bottle a maximum of 30 bottles per year on demand.

S'or de Suau

Brandy Suau Orange is the result of the combination of SUAU 8 with a careful maceration of local oranges from "Soller", which provide the aromatic phase and its own identity.

Rum from our Premium Collection. Its double-aged in American oak barrels that previously contained Suau Brandy, that makes this spirit very special and unique, combining the flavours of a Caribbean rum with our solera brandy.
