General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
- You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can place an order. No sale to minors.
- By placing an order the customer confirms the correctness of his data provided and his entitlement to purchase.
- The prices are net prices per item in Swiss Francs, value added tax included (MWSt).
- All offers are subject to change and non-binding.
- By sending the order the customer agrees with the GTC.
- Prices are subject to change and availability. Promotions are possible at any time.
- All offers are directed exclusively to clients in Switzerland and Lichtenstein.
- No delivery abroad.
- Deliveries to customers not yet known to us only against advance payment or payment options listed below:
- Invoice within 10 days net (for known customers)
- Prepayment : When buying on prepayment, the desired order is triggered only when the corresponding payment has been received. The items of the order cannot be reserved. If the payment is not received within 10 days, the order may be canceled.

Processing / Confirmation of Order
Orders placed via the online shop are confirmed with an order receipt confirmation by e-mail. After this electronic order receipt, the order is checked. If – after the order receipt confirmation – it is determined that an item is not available, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible by telephone or electronically.
Delivery of spirits
Delivery is made to the purchaser or to a delivery address of his choice in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Generally, the ordered goods will be delivered by post or Vinolog on our behalf: The goods will be delivered as quickly as possible. In principle, a delivery period of 1-5 days should be expected. General Availability
We reserve the right to make changes to the range. You will find a permanent availability of our range on http://www.bodegassuau.ch, this cannot always be guaranteed.
Notification of defects
The goods received must be inspected immediately upon receipt. After five days, the delivery is considered approved. Defective spirits in the original packaging and unopened can be returned by post to the following address:

After examination of the damage and the spirits, they will be replaced free of charge. Only spirits purchased through Bodegas Suau Schweiz GmbH will be replaced.
Cancellation of booked events
As long as there is no signed order confirmation or written commitment from the customer, Bodegas Suau Schweiz GmbH reserves the right to withdraw from the offer at any time and without giving reasons.
In the event of force majeure (fire, strike, etc.), Bodegas Suau Schweiz GmbH reserves the right to withdraw from the contract without the customer being able to hold Bodegas Suau Schweiz GmbH liable.
Cancellation of a definitely booked event by the client is only valid if it is made in writing. In the event of cancellations within the deadlines listed below, the following costs of the commissioned offer will be charged:
31 – 60 days before event date 25% of the commissioned offer 21 – 30 days before event date 50% of the commissioned offer 0 – 20 days before the date of the event 100% of the commissioned offer. Cancellations or reductions during the event will be charged at 100%.
In the event of a new booking, within the same framework, within the next 3 months after cancellation, the cancellation costs will be partially credited to the event costs.
Data protection
Personal customer data are treated confidentially in accordance with data protection legislation and will neither be passed on nor sold to third parties. Sensitive data, in particular details for payments by credit card, are transmitted in encrypted form for authorisation purposes. Only data that is necessary for the processing of the order is collected.
Place of jurisdiction
Business activities are based exclusively on Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Pfäffikon ZH.
Validity
These GTCs may be changed and adapted at any time and without notice.
